      Notes

      1. If more than one borrower named on a mortgage wants to join a GDPR mortgage class action, please use the part 1 form above to submit the details required for each borrower one at a time.
      2. If more than one qualifying mortgage was transferred on different dates to different vulture funds then please use the part 2 form above to submit a separate application for each mortgage transfer.  Separating mortgages in this way helps our class action onboarding team to process your application; you will not be charged any additional fees for submitting multiple mortgage transfer applications in this manner.
      3. If you don’t know the eircode for a property relating to a transferred mortgage (e.g., farmland) then please provide the Land Registry folio no(s). or a Registry of Deed’s instrument no(s). for the property. If you don’t know the folio no(s). or instrument no(s). please just supply a name you use for the property or land (e.g., the four acres) which we can use to reference the property when speaking with you.
      4. Unfortunately, we cannot process you application until the €172.20 application fee is paid.
      5. Once we review your application a Riar Ceartais onboarding assistant will contact you to collect the remaining information over the phone. This allows us to correctly prepare the application paperwork which we then email or post to you for signing and returning to us.
      6. A link to the eircode finder database can be found here.
